"Rickey is a 9-1/2-year-old sable male Sheltie...since he was a young puppy, he has been the constant companion of an elderly woman who lived in Carson City.  Unfortunately, when she recently had to enter an assisted care facility she couldn't take her beloved Sheltie with her.  "Rickey" has just undergone a complete and thorough vet visit, which included a dental, full blood panel, and the removal of three benign fatty tumors -- and he was pronounced in excellent shape.  "Rickey" is neutered,  housebroken and current on shots.  Because of his age, we would prefer a home with no children.  If you would be able to provide that forever home for "Rickey", please contact Pat Mahoney at 775-265-5003 or via email at walkdusty@aol.com.
